SouthForge AI builds software products including Toolport, ReadyGig, RigCast, and Rundown. This policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Application & Integration Data

When you connect one of our applications (such as Rundown) to your CRM or marketing platform (for example, LeadConnector), the application accesses certain data from your account in order to provide its features. This section explains what we access and how we handle it.

What we access

With your authorization (via OAuth), we access the account and performance data needed to generate reports — for example: contacts and leads, calls and appointments, pipeline/opportunity data, and lead/traffic sources. We request read-only access and do not modify data in your connected account.

How we use it

We use this data solely to generate the reports and summaries you request within the application. To produce plain-English narratives, report metrics are processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting as our sub-processors under confidentiality obligations; this data is not used to train their models.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it for anything other than providing the service to you.

Storage & retention

We store only the minimum data needed to operate the service (such as access tokens and generated reports). We delete your data within 30 days of disconnection or upon request.

Your control

You can disconnect the application at any time, which revokes our access. To request export or deletion of your data, contact support@southforgeai.com.

Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption of access credentials in transit and at rest.

Third-party services

Our products may use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and file processing. These providers are used only as needed to operate the service.
